Project Manager
About the Role
We are a dynamic and fast-growing tech company offering Free Ad-supported Streaming TV (FAST) solutions integrated with our AI-driven ad server, aiming to make free entertainment available for everyone around the globe.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering FAST channels across the APAC region, ensuring the successful end-to-end launch of FAST channels, ad insertion, and AI initiatives while delivering a seamless experience and satisfaction for our partners and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FAST platform partners and clients, leading meetings to gather FAST channel, ad insertion, and platform integration requirements, and translating them into actionable implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, business, and clients) to manage requirements, expectations, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones, checkpoints, dependencies, and action plans to support the successful launch of FAST channels
- Drive smooth Proof of Concept and project implementation for FAST channels, ad insertion and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines
- Develop a strong understanding of FAST platform capabilities, ad insertion workflows, and project scope, and support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure content ingestion, ad insertion and platform integrations align with agreed priorities and requirements of partners and clients
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing product and customer project management activities within an Agile environment
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, launch checklists, status progress reports, risk logs and post-launch reviews
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a similar client-facing role
- Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position
- Prior experience in frontend or backend development, API design, or working within Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of technical requirements with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ad tech ecosystems, or Google Marketing Platform technologies is an advantage
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset and applying data-driven approach to decision-making

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of our Advertising and AI platform initiatives successfully across APAC. This role is critical in ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely execution, and high-quality delivery of complex, technology-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end technical projects across our FAST, advertising, and AI platforms
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, product, data, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Translate business and product requirements into clear technical project plans and execution tasks
- Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution
- Facilitate Agile and/or hybrid delivery processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure project deliverables meet technical, functional, and quality expectations
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear status updates and reporting
- Support quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT), release coordination, and post-launch reviews

Qualifications

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are a dynamic and fast-growing start-up company focused on media technology. We offer Free Ad-supported Streaming TV (FAST) integrated with our AI-driven ad server to the media industry, aiming to make entertainment available for everyone around the globe. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online B2C marketing initiatives and drive our expansion in Southeast Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic digital marketing plan for SeaOvers FAST channels, including their positioning, selling points, value propositions and key messages
- Take ownership to establish, manage and grow the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and reach out to the audience in the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia markets, including The Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia
- Create compelling content, including videos and online ads, to enhance audience awareness on SeaOvers FAST channels, and actively engage with audience across different social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics 4, and provide workable insights and recommendation for optimizing the social media strategies
- Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on social media platforms to increase viewership of SeaOvers FAST channels
- Assist and collaborate with the marketing agency to develop and implement offline marketing campaigns, such as billboard advertising, to enhance the visibility of SeaOvers FAST channels
- Work with the marketing agency to select appropriate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop partnerships to promote FAST and SeaOvers FAST channels
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a start-up or media technology industry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, strong sense of responsibly, well-organized, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in managing social media accounts
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Ads, and video editing software
- Strong command of written English and Chinese; knowing Tagalog/ Cebuano/ Malay/Bahasa Indonesian is a plus

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help drive innovation within our Free Ad-supported Streaming Television (FAST) ecosystem across Asia Pacific. In this full-time role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our products and services. You’ll be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance video content, content understanding, ad targeting, and user engagement across our FAST platform
- Build and optimize computer vision and generative AI pipelines for seamless product insertion into video content (VOD and live streams)
- Identify opportunities to apply AI (including generative AI and multimodal models) to improve monetization, personalization, and operational efficiency
- Work with large-scale video, image, and user data to train, validate, and fine-tune models with strong performance and reliability
- Contribute across the full AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ad-tech teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially in generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments

About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Manager with clear media tech industry sense and domain knowledge to assist the development of our fast-growing Free ad-supported streaming Television (FAST) around Asia Pacific. This is a full-time role that involves managing accounts, driving business development, handling sales, negotiating deals, and overseeing project management tasks.
- Understand and assess potential clients’ technological needs within SeaOvers FAST ecosystem, effectively communicating these requirements to our internal technical team
- Cultivate strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, providing insights on new features to meet their needs and suggesting improvements for our FAST ecosystem
- Take a key role to Identify market niches for new product development and explore opportunities both within and beyond our customer base
- Perform pre-sales pitches (e.g., FAST and ad tech product demo) and present the value proposition and competitive edge of our products and services
- Work closely with our Marketing team to execute some of the go-to-market strategies
- Follow up quality leads to accelerate business growth
